Every system we sell is designed for straightforward DIY installation under a standard kitchen sink. We include all fittings and clear instructions, so most customers fit their filter in under an hour without a plumber. And because filter cartridges need replacing periodically, we stock genuine replacements matched to each system.

How we choose what to stock
We keep the range deliberately small. Every system on the site has to fit a standard UK sink cabinet, connect to a 15mm cold supply without specialist tools, and have replacement cartridges we can reliably source for years rather than months. If a product looks good on paper but locks the owner into a proprietary refill that only one importer carries, we do not list it — a filter is only as useful as the cartridge you can still buy in three years' time.
Honest advice over the biggest sale
Reverse osmosis is the most capable technology we sell and it is also the one most often bought unnecessarily. If you live in a soft water region and your complaint is chlorine taste, a carbon block at a third of the price will solve it. Our guides and our replies to customer emails say so. We would rather sell the right filter once and the matching cartridges for the next decade than sell an over-specified system that gets unplumbed after a year.
How the business works
Clarisink is a small UK-focused online retailer. We hold no high-street premises and ship from warehouse and manufacturer stock, which is how we keep prices below showroom equivalents. The trade-off is a longer delivery window than a large national retailer, and we publish the full 4–21 business day range up front rather than advertising a best case we cannot always meet. All prices include VAT at 20% and delivery to UK mainland addresses is free with no minimum spend.

Fitting questions do not stop at the checkout. Email support@clarisink.com with a photo of your under-sink setup and we will help you work through leaking joints, slow flow after the first flush, or which cartridge your housing takes. Every filtration system carries a two-year warranty, returns are open for 30 days from delivery, and we reply within one working day, Monday to Friday.
