These terms
These terms apply to every order placed with Clarisink through clarisink.com. By placing an order you accept them. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable or priced incorrectly we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; delivery charges are shown before you confirm payment.
Delivery
We deliver to mainland UK addresses. Estimated timeframes and charges are set out on our Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation and returns
Consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we extend this to 30 days for unused items. Full details, including how refunds are paid, are on our Returns & Refund Policy page.
Warranty and fitting
Filtration systems carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Cartridges are consumables. Products must be installed in line with the supplied instructions; we recommend a qualified plumber. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
