Free UK delivery
Delivery is free on every order to UK mainland addresses — there is no minimum spend and no delivery charge at checkout. All prices on this site include VAT at 20%.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses takes 4–21 business days, depending on the item and the stock location it ships from. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with tracking where available.
Dropshipping lead times
Our filtration systems ship from our UK warehouse, with some lines restocked directly from the manufacturer. This keeps prices competitive, but means delivery can take longer than a typical high-street retailer. We publish the full 4–21 business day window rather than a best case, and we contact you directly if anything falls outside it.
Non-mainland delivery
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas may take longer and could incur a surcharge. If your postcode is affected, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional cost.
